Fabric Sourcing

We source fabrics from our trusted mill network — or work with your specified fabric suppliers. Samples are submitted for your approval before bulk production.

Sample Production

Physical salesman samples (SMS) and fit samples are produced and sent to you for review. We iterate until the garment is exactly right.

Bulk Manufacturing

Approved designs move to bulk production. Our in-line quality control ensures consistency across every unit — from stitching tension to button alignment.

Finishing & Packaging

Custom woven labels, hang tags, polybags, and boxes — all with your brand identity. Garments are pressed, packed, and dispatched to your warehouse or directly to fulfilment.
